If you need to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please give us your NAME, ORDER# and REASON FOR RETURN and/or item you need as an exchange. Costume and packaging MUST be in good and UN-USED condition.

We will provide you with an RA#. This must be written legibly on the outside of the box. Include a copy of the invoice inside the box and ship to:
